– ITINERARY –
â–º 8:00 – 8:30 AM: Our guide and bus will pick you up at the hotel to start exploring Hanoi city.
â–º 8:45 AM: Visit the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, the final resting place of the beloved Vietnamese leader. You'll have the chance to see Ho Chi Minh's preserved body and stroll around the garden to see the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Then, visit the Mot Cot Pagoda, the most unique pagoda in the world.
â–º 10:15 AM: Explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about the culture of the 54 ethnic groups across Vietnam.
*Note: We will visit the Vietnam Women's Museum instead of the Museum of Ethnology on Mondays.
â–º 12:30 – 12:45 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine, including vegetarian options.
â–º 1:30 PM: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century, located on the Ca Vang Island in West Lake.
â–º 2:30 PM: Continue to explore the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu), Vietnam's first university, established in 1070.
â–º 3:30 PM: Proceed to Hoa Lo Prison, built by the French from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was part of French Indochina. The French called it "Maison Centrale". This prison was sarcastically referred to as the "Hanoi Hilton" by American POWs during the Vietnam War and now serves as a museum documenting Vietnam's struggle for independence.
â–º 4:30 PM: Return to your hotel by bus, ending the tour!
