The procedure for registering a Joytime account is simple, easy, and completely free! Please follow the instructions below:
Register a Joytime Account- Visit https://joytime.vn, click on 'Sign Up/Log In'.
- Choose the social media account you want to use for registration (Facebook, Google+, ...), then enter your username and password.
- Click 'Agree'.
- After successfully logging in, your profile picture will be displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your email address and password, then click 'Register'.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email. Click on the link in the confirmation email to verify and activate your account.
- Log in with the email and password you just created to start booking services.
- Please check your spam folder. In some cases, emails may be redirected to this folder.
- To avoid this, you can add [email protected] to your email contacts.
- After logging in, click on the profile picture and select 'Settings' to change personal information.
- Click 'Save' after completing the changes.

In what cases will customers be refunded?
- A family member within 2 generations has passed away (please provide a death certificate and proof of kinship)
- A family member within 2 generations is seriously ill (please provide a doctor's confirmation, medical records, and proof of kinship)
- Natural disaster occurs at the destination making the trip unable to proceed
- Flight canceled or delayed (please provide proof of canceled or delayed flight)
