Ticket Exchange Instructions:

• Exchange/use your ticket on the day of the concert/show.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the show to exchange your ticket.
• Children aged 5-12 must present a passport/birth certificate to verify their age when exchanging tickets.
