DAY 1: HANOI - HOA LU / BAI DINH – TRANG AN / TAM COC – NINH BINH (lunch, dinner)
7:00 - 7:40: The bus and guide will pick up guests from their hotel and depart for Ninh Binh – a popular tourist destination located near the Red River Delta, about 110km south of Hanoi.
Option 1:
10:00: The group arrives at Bai Dinh Pagoda to visit the Tam The and Phap Chu Temples, covering an area of 1,000m². Highlights include the Avalokitesvara statue, the Sakyamuni statue, the largest bronze Buddha in Southeast Asia, three Tam The statues each weighing 50 tons, and the largest bell in Southeast Asia weighing 36 tons.
Option 2:
10:00: The bus arrives in Ninh Binh, where guests begin the tour by visiting the famous temples, the Dinh King Temple, dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the founder of the Dinh Dynasty, and the Le King Temple, dedicated to King Le Dai Hanh, who founded the early Le Dynasty.
12:00: Guests enjoy a buffet lunch with local specialties at the restaurant.
Afternoon Schedule:
Option 1: Visit Trang An
13:30: The bus takes guests to the Trang An Eco-tourism Area, where guests take a small boat to explore the caves and historical sites, such as: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, and Thánh Truot Cave. There are also three historical sites: Cao Son Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, and the Vu Lam Palace, dedicated to the Tran Dynasty kings.
Option 2: Visit Tam Coc
13:30: Guests board a boat to explore Tam Coc. The boat will take guests to Ca Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave, stretching 127 meters beneath a large mountain crossing the Ngo Dong River.
The journey continues through Hai Cave and Ba Cave, both just as majestic as Ca Cave.
15:30: Guests return to the bus to head to the Bungalow for check-in. There is time for cycling or relaxation.
19:00: Dinner and overnight at the Bungalow.
DAY 2: JEEP TOUR - MUA CAVE - HANOI (breakfast, lunch)
Guests have breakfast at the hotel, check out, and prepare their luggage.
9:00: The adventure begins with a Jeep tour in Ninh Binh (no guide in the vehicle). The tour starts through Coi Khe village, where guests can admire the small lanes and traditional houses. The Jeep will take guests along peaceful rural roads through vast rice fields and offer views of majestic limestone mountains.
The journey continues to Bich Dong Pagoda. The vehicle stops for guests to freely explore the pagoda, known as "Nam Thien De Nhi Dong" (the second most beautiful cave in the South). Surrounded by mountains and lush rice fields, Bich Dong is a fascinating spiritual destination.
After visiting Bich Dong Pagoda, the Jeep continues to Thung Nang eco-tourism area with rice fields and emerald-green rivers, before heading to Thung Nham, where guests can enjoy a peaceful and serene landscape (optional visit to Thung Nham with an additional entrance fee).
12:00: Return to the restaurant for lunch. Transfer luggage to the bus.
13:00: The Jeep continues the tour, visiting Thai Vi Temple, Athena Fields, and the Trang An ancient village route – one of the most mystical and historically significant scenic spots in Ninh Binh.
15:00: Arrival at Mua Cave. The guide will lead guests on a hike up the Ngoa Long Mountain to enjoy the panoramic view of the valley and the spectacular natural landscape.
16:00: The bus departs for Hanoi.
18:30 - 19:00: Arrival in Hanoi, marking the end of the 2-day, 1-night Ninh Binh tour. We hope to see you again on future trips.
