SURCHARGE POLICY:

• Single travelers sharing with others who request a private cabin: VND 1,000,000 per cabin per night, payable directly to the tour guide.
• Peak season surcharge (01 June – 30 July): VND 300,000 per hotel room on Cat Ba Island.
• Holiday blackout dates apply, including New Year, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings' Festival, Reunification Day, Labour Day, and National Day.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children aged 1–4 years: Free of charge (additional expenses paid by parents). One free child per two adults. The second child is charged at the child rate and shares a bed with parents.
• Children aged 5 to under 9 years: Child rate applies and shares a bed with parents. One child per two adults. The second child is charged at the adult rate.
• Children aged 9 years and above: Adult rate applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before departure.
• Cancellations within 3 days before departure are charged 100%.
