Limousine Service from Ho Chi Minh City to Long Hai, Ho Tram, Binh Chau (and vice versa)

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time.
• Each passenger is allowed a maximum of one standard luggage (standard luggage size: 36cm x 25cm x 53cm) and one carry-on bag.
• Oversized luggage and/or additional luggage will incur extra charges. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver.
• Excess luggage surcharge: 50,000 VND per item.
• Additional luggage surcharge: 80,000 VND per item.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle.
• This service does not provide child seats.
• Travel time may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic, and breaks along the way.

Child policy:

• Free for children under 06 (six) years old and children will sit with adults.

Ticket change policy

• In case customers wish to change their departure time or delay their journey, the operations department will arrange seats on subsequent journeys if available. Seat allocation will be based on actual availability at that time.

Ticket retention policy:

• If customers cancel a paid ticket, they have the option to retain the paid ticket for a period of 03 (three) months. This retained ticket can be transferred to another beneficiary. Passengers are advised to keep the receipt of the retained ticket for rebooking purposes.

Cancellation policy:

• Within 0 to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
• From 72 hours to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
• More than 72 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 0% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
• Refund processing time upon request: 03 - 05 working days from the time the customer provides complete information.
