— GENERAL INFORMATION —
- Departure/End Time: From 8:15 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Departure Day: Daily.
- Transportation: Cruise ship/Luxury yacht.
- Pick-up Location: Guests will be picked up and dropped off at hotels in the Old Quarter area (if a transfer service is included in the booking). Alternatively, guests can proceed directly to Tuan Chau Marina (the service provider will contact guests regarding pick-up arrangements).
- Itinerary -
â–º 08:15 – 08:45 AM: Our English-speaking tour guide will pick up guests from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, ranging from 08:15AM – 09:0OAM, we try to make the pick-ups as timely as possible but with morning traffic in the Old Quarter and many hotels to collect from this time is approximate. Please be ready to help expedite this process. Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.
â–º 11:45 AM: The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be awaiting your arrival with a big smile.
Enjoy the poetic and romantic scenery of Ha Long Bay.
â–º Afternoon:
The cruise sets sail, and guests will enjoy lunch onboard, featuring fresh local seafood.
Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. After about 200 steps under forest canopy, the entrance of the cave shows up. A paradise of appear in front of you. You will discover the cave in about 45 minutes before getting back to the cruise (For other tourists whom can’t walk much, you can stay on cruise, chilling out on the sundeck)
Cruise heads to Luon Cave. In this area, it’s time for you to heat up with kayaking (about 30 minutes kayaking) or enjoying the beautiful scenery at Hang Luon (Creepy Cave) with the Rowboat – which is rowed by the local people in Ha Long Bay.
Guests also have the option to kayak and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and clear waters of Ha Long Bay.

Stop at Titop Island. One this small island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Looking down from high above gives you a wonderful sensation; at the same time offers you a spectacular view of every corner of the bay.
Guests return to the cruise to depart for Tuan Chau Wharf. Afternoon tea will be served to guests on the way back to the pier.
â–º 06:00 PM: We dock at the harbor, get back onto the busses and cruise down the high speed highway. A quick stop halfway, and back to Hanoi
â–º 08:30 PM: The guide says goodbye to guests and hopes to see them in future journeys.

Important Information:
- Insurance Information: Please provide the full names and dates of birth of all tour participants for travel insurance purposes.

- Responsibility for Timeliness: We are not responsible for or will not resolve any issues arising from guests arriving late for the designated meeting time or not being present at the scheduled times at the attractions.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or prevent further participation in the tour for guests who consume alcohol, drugs, or other stimulants, exhibit disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, intentionally cause damage, or show disrespect to the tour guide or other tour participants.
- Itinerary Changes: The order of attractions and the tour itinerary may be subject to change depending on actual circumstances but will still ensure visits to all attractions as outlined in the program.
- Changes Due to External Factors: The program may be changed due to weather conditions or force majeure events.
- Dietary Requests: If you have vegetarian or other special dietary requirements, please inform us one day prior to departure.
- Minimum Group Size: As this is a join-in tour, we are responsible for securing enough registered guests (20 adults or more) for the tour to depart as scheduled. If the group size is less than 10 guests, we will notify guests two (2) days before the departure date and will either reschedule the departure date or provide a full refund.
- Force Majeure: In objective circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or disruptions/schedule changes of public transportation (e.g., airplanes, trains), we reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of our guests and will not be liable for any resulting losses.
* Holiday Surcharge: A 20% surcharge will apply during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).
Terms and Policy
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Free for children under 2 years old. Parents will cover any additional costs.
- Surcharge of 200,000 VND per child for children aged 3 – 4 years.
- Children aged 5 – 8 years are charged 75% of the adult price.
- Each pair of adults can bring one child for free. If there are two children, the second child is charged 75% of the adult price.
- Children charged 75% will have their own seat and free water on the bus, same as adults.
CANCELLATION POLICY (business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
- Cancelation more than 3 days before departure: No fee.
- Cancelation 2 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- Cancelation 1 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
