Meeting Information:
- Please arrive on time.
- Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
- No refunds will be provided for late arrivals and/or absentees.
- Latecomers will not be allowed to enter once the activity has started.

Any changes to your scheduled time depend on the weather. They will notify you of any changes the night before, if necessary. The service is extremely attentive, and the package also includes photos and videos captured by their GoPro.

- Due to height requirements, guests shorter than 120 cm are not allowed to participate in this activity.
- If you suffer from motion sickness, you should skip breakfast or take anti-motion sickness medication 1 hour before participation.
- Redemption method: Bring your voucher and present it to the pilot to verify the booking.

Terms and Policy
CHILD POLICY:
- Important: Infants and children are considered regular passengers.
- Participants must be 3 years or older and under 80 years old.
- Participant weight must range from 35kg-95kg.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Free cancellation if made 2 days in advance.
- 85% refund will be provided in case of bad weather (transportation fees from the meeting point to the flight location and insurance fees will not be refunded).
