Prohibited & Restricted:
- Guests showing signs of intoxication will be refused entry. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

CHILD POLICY:
- Children under 6 years old can travel for free if seated on an adult's lap, with one adult allowed to accompany one child under 6 years old.
- You may upgrade to a higher-value ticket as long as the purchased ticket has not been activated. Please make changes and settle payments directly at official Vietnam Sightseeing ticket agents or when boarding the bus for the first time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Customers have the right to cancel their tickets and receive a refund under the following conditions:
- In case of force majeure events such as wars or natural disasters, both parties will negotiate a mutually beneficial resolution.
REFUND :
- 48 hours before the departure date: 100% refund (online payment fees are borne by the customer).
- 24 to 48 hours before the departure date: 30% refund (online payment fees are borne by the customer).
- Less than 24 hours before the departure date: No refund or cancellation allowed.
