Day Tour | Explore Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River in Ben Tre | Departure from Ho Chi Minh City

• Time: Departure from 06:30 - Ends at 19:00.
• Pick-up/Drop-off Location: 57 Le Thi Hong Gam, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1.

*Free hotel pick-up service is available only in the city center of Districts 1, 3, 4, and 5. If you are staying outside the pick-up areas, please come to the meeting point to join the tour. (Enter your hotel name and address on the checkout page.)

*For drop-off: The free hotel drop-off service is available in the center of Districts 1, 3, 4, and 5. If you stay outside the drop-off areas, you will be dropped off at the operator’s office.

*Please arrive at the location 10 minutes before departure. This is a shared transfer service, so pick-up times may vary. Latecomers or no-shows will not be refunded.

- ITINERARY -

07:30: Depart for Cu Chi Tunnels.

 

 

08:30: Arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels, explore the famous underground system built by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War in the 1970s.

 

WAR HISTORY: Learn all about the weapons and tactics used by the guerilla fighters.

 

CU CHI TUNNELS: Descend into the famous tunnels to experience the cramped living quarters of the soldiers.

 

TRY SHOOTING: You can also try shooting an AK-47, one of the guns used during the war (at your own expense).

 

Discover the beauty of the Mekong Delta. Enjoy tropical fruits, visit a coconut processing workshop, and stop by a honey farm. Relish a Vietnamese cuisine lunch.

 

10:30: Return to the bus and head to the Mekong River.

 

13:00: Lunch at a local restaurant and take a break.

• Stir-fried chicken with lemongrass
• Egg salad
• Soup
• Steamed rice
• Dessert.

14:00: Spend time in the tranquil village to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy honey tea and tropical fruits while listening to folk music. You will have the opportunity to explore the village by various means of transportation such as a Sampan boat, motorized rickshaw, etc.

 

17:00: After enjoying all activities, the group will return to Ho Chi Minh City.

 

18:30: End of tour. See you again!
