Day tour | Explore the beauty of 'The Land of Yellow Flowers' and visit Ganh Da Dia | Quy Nhon

– ITINERARY –

7:30 AM: The vehicle and guide will pick you up at the center of Quy Nhon City, starting the journey to the land of yellow flowers and green grass.

The first stop is Mang Lang Church – a unique architectural work featuring Western Gothic style, located in Phu Yen with its rich traditional culture. Mang Lang Church, built in 1892, is one of the oldest churches in Vietnam and houses the first Latin script in the country.

 

10:00 AM: The group will visit the national scenic spot Ganh Da Dia – a natural masterpiece and one of the five most famous rock formations in the world. Formed from basalt rocks over 200 million years old due to volcanic eruptions in the Van Hoa plateau, Ganh Da Dia in Phu Yen features impressively shaped stones, including square, round, and hexagonal.

 

11:30 AM: Lunch will be served at Dam O Loan – From the south, Dam O Loan resembles a phoenix spreading its wings, and on the map, it looks like a swan gracefully flying in the high sky.

Local legends tell various stories about the name Dam O Loan, but the most familiar one is about the fairy Loan and the mythical bird. According to the legend, a beautiful fairy named Loan, who was mischievous, borrowed the mythical bird to explore the earth. When the bird became tired and hungry, it landed on the Tu Bi mountains in Tuy An, and the name O Loan was given to the lagoon in honor of the bird and the fairy.

3:00 PM: The group will continue to Bai Xep, the filming location of "I See Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass" – One of the main filming locations for the famous movie by director Victor Vu. Bai Xep is listed among the 16 most attractive destinations in Asia, with its beautiful coastline that immerses visitors in pristine natural beauty and provides insight into the culture of Phu Yen.

 

4:00 PM: Visit Nghinh Phong Tower – A new tourism symbol of Phu Yen. Inspired by the iconic Ganh Da Dia and the legend of "One Hundred Eggs, One Hundred Children" of Lac Long Quan and Au Co, the tower has two parts.

 

The one-day tour exploring the beauty of the Land of Yellow Flowers concludes, and the vehicle and guide will return you to the initial pickup point.
