1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking date, tour type, and fare conditions. The following is our standard cancellation policy, which applies when no specific cancellation policy is stated in the booking confirmation or on the online booking page.

• Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to the departure date.

• A cancellation made within 14 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total prepaid amount.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total prepaid amount.
