All the surcharge payable in cash directly to the tour guide.
- Single travelers will share a cabin or room with other traveler(s). If you prefer a private cabin or room, a single supplement of VND 1,000,000/cabin/night for cabins and VND 450,000-800,000/room/night for hotels will apply.
- Peak season from 1/6 to 30/7: a surcharge 300,000VND for hotels on Cat Ba Island will apply.
CHILD POLICY:
- Ages 1–4: Complimentary (extra expenses paid by guest). 2 paying adults cover 1 free child. A 2nd child pays the child rate (shares bed with parents).
- Ages 5–8: Child rate applies (shares bed with parents). 2 paying adults cover 1 child at this rate; a 2nd child is charged as an adult.
- Ages 9+: Standard adult rate applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation within 3 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellation at least 3 days prior to departure: Free of charge.
