SURCHARGE POLICY:
A surcharge of VND 1,000,000 per guest applies on the following holidays:
- Reunification Day (30 April 2026).
- International Workers' Day (1 May 2026).
- National Day Holiday (30 August – 2 September 2026).
- Christmas Eve (24 December 2026).
- New Year's Eve (31 December 2026).
- Lunar New Year Holidays (Lunar New Year's Eve and the first three days of Lunar New Year).
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children aged 1–4 years old stay free when sharing a bed and meals with their parents. A maximum of one child is allowed per cabin.
- Children aged 5–7 years old are charged VND 2,050,000 when sharing a bed with two adults, or VND 3,050,000 with an extra bed.
- Children aged 8–10 years old are charged VND 3,050,000 when sharing a bed with two adults, or 100% of the extra bed rate if an extra bed is required.
- Children aged 11 years and above are charged the adult rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Non-refundable.
