Day 0: Hanoi to Ha Giang by VIP Sleeper Bus/Limousine.
3:00 PM or 7:00 PM: Pick up at Hidden Gem Cafe Hanoi, walk to the bus office, get on the overnight bus to Ha Giang.
Day 1: Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Middle Of Nowhere – Dong Van.
5:00 AM: Arrive in Ha Giang, check in at the resting house for refreshing or showering.
After breakfast, we start our Jeep journey. Following the winding roads, rugged mountains, rivers, enchanting rice terraces, and breathtaking viewpoints along the way. Passing the highlights of Ha Giang such as Posum Pass, Heaven Gate, Fairy Mountain, Tham Ma Slope, and Yen Minh town.
We have lunch on the way, serving authentic local Vietnamese food.
After lunch, we will trek for 2 hours into the middle of nowhere to immerse ourselves in the true nature and culture of Ha Giang. Stepping off the beaten path, away from typical tourist spots, you will discover remote villages and experience local life through activities such as visiting local homes, schools, dancing with children, harvesting with farmers, and even participating in weddings and funerals. We encourage you to swim in the river rather than just watching it flow from the bank.
Overall, our day in Ha Giang will be filled with inspiring natural beauty, cultural immersion, and unforgettable food experiences. After a fulfilling day of exploration, we will drive to our hotel or homestay in Dong Van Town for a well-deserved rest. The authentic dinner we will have there will surely be a delightful culinary experience, allowing us to savor the flavors of the region and immerse ourselves in the local culture.
Day 2: Dong Van – Meo Vac – M Slope – Mau Due – Thai An – Ha Giang – Hoang Su Phi.
Tick off the must-see destinations in Ha Giang, such as the vibrant and colorful Dong Van Market, the breathtaking Ma Pi Leng Pass, the spectacular Nho Que River, and especially a 2-hour cultural and natural trek along the Happy Road, the most beautiful road in Vietnam. Taking you to the middle of nowhere again with stunning panoramic views and great cultural exchanges.
After trekking, we will drive to Meo Vac town for lunch. Meo Vac, Ha Giang is famous for its majestic landscapes (limestone mountains, rice terraces) and unique ethnic culture (H'Mong, Dao). Along the way, you will admire beautiful scenery and meet local communities.
Our adventure takes us back to Ha Giang City before we transfer to Thung Nguyen Village for a homestay experience, where you will be warmly welcomed by a local family. Enjoy dinner prepared by them, allowing you to taste the region's homemade delights.
Day 3: Full Day Rice Terrace Trekking in Hoang Su Phi – Hanoi.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the homestay before embarking on a trekking adventure towards Thung Nguyen. Trek through enchanting rice terraces, bamboo forests, rivers, and waterfalls, ending at San Tuyet Tea Plantation, the oldest tea farm in Vietnam.
Enjoy a packed lunch at the tea plantation, prepared by local families.
Continue trekking through diverse terrains, taking in breathtaking landscapes that provide plenty of photo opportunities.
Finish your trek by 3:00 PM and enjoy a short ride to Bac Quang Town.
After freshening up, relax and share memories with your fellow adventurers over a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
8:00 PM: Board the overnight bus back to Hanoi.
Board the sleeper bus for the journey back to Hanoi, filled with memories of your thrilling Ha Giang Jeep Adventure, rich cultural experiences, and breathtaking landscapes.
Day 4: VIP Sleeper Bus/Limousine Return to Hanoi.
5:00 AM: You will be dropped off in the Old Quarter and the tour ends.
