Pick-up Locations:
- The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area (Please clearly specify the name of your hotel).
- If your accommodation is outside the Old Quarter area or on streets where vehicles are restricted, please contact us or go to the nearest pick-up point or the Hanoi Opera House (Map).

— ITINERARY —
DAY 1: HA NOI – MAI CHAU - BIKING TO THE VILLAGES ( - / L/ D)
07h15 - 7h45: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter (If the hotel you are staying at is located on a restricted traffic street, we will guide you to the nearest pickup point) or at the Hanoi Opera House to depart for Mai Chau.
10h45: Visit White Stone Pass – Admiring the vast beauty of nature, taking photos with the pristine backdrop of snow-covered cliffs, winding mountain roads, and small distant villages. At the top of this mountain pass, there is a small market where the Thai and Muong ethnic people sell local specialties to visitors: grilled corn, grilled eggs, skewered meat, bamboo rice, wild vegetables, and more.
11h10: The group continues to travel to Lac village – a village inhabited by the Thai ethnic group.
12h00: Arrive at Lac Village. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant.
13h00: With the guide’s assistance, guests will visit Lac, Na Phon, and Nhot villages by bike, exploring the small wooden stilt houses of the Thai people to learn about their unique culture. They will learn how to weave traditional Thai textiles, take photos, and participate in activities with the Thai people, such as weaving, performing traditional dances, or listening to the drum beats of the moon worship ritual.
15h00: Return to Lac Village to check in. Then you have free time to relax, go fishing by the stream next to the homestay, or explore the beauty of the Thai ethnic people in Lac village by yourself.
18h30: Guests will have dinner at the homestay. Afterward, gather around the fire to grill corn or sweet potatoes or rest in the bungalow.
DAY 2: MAI CHAU – MO AM HOT SPRINGS – TAT NANG WATERFALL – BOATING ON HOABINH LAKE – HA NOI (B/ L/ - )
7:00 AM - 7:45 AM: Guests have breakfast at the homestay. After that, check-out procedures will be conducted.
7:45 AM: Guests board the vehicle to travel to Mo Am Hot Springs – This is a natural hot spring flowing from the mountain, with a temperature of about 35-40°C, developed for tourism by the local cooperative.
8:45 AM: Upon arriving at Mo Am Hot Springs, guests can soak in the mineral-rich waters, which are very beneficial for treating various skin diseases, rheumatism, nerve issues, and cardiovascular problems. It also helps reduce fatigue, stress, and makes it easier to fall asleep.
10:15 AM: Guests will move to Tat Nang Waterfall – just a 5-minute drive from the hot springs. The majestic waterfall amidst unspoiled nature offers an exciting experience for visitors.
11:00 AM: The vehicle and guide will take the group to Hoa Binh Lake – where the Muong ethnic community is.
12h00: Guests enjoy lunch at the restaurant beside Hoa Binh Lake.
13h00: Guests will take part in a boat tour on Hoa Binh Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Hoa Binh Lake, which is as beautiful as HaLong Bay in the Northwest. Between the small islands, guests will have the opportunity to sail on the lake and immerse themselves in the serene atmosphere.
14h15: The bus and guide will take guests back to Hanoi. On the way, guests will have a stop to rest.
18h30 – 19h00: The group will arrive back in Hanoi. The program ends. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

- Tips for the tour guide and driver: If guests are satisfied with the service, they may give tips to the driver and tour guide at their discretion.

GENERAL REGULATIONS:
- Guests aged 70 and above or pregnant women must be accompanied by someone and must sign a health commitment before participating in the tour.
- If Party A cancels the tour due to being denied check-in at the airport because of personal identification or documentation issues, our company is not responsible for this situation. Costs for the program will not be refunded in such cases.
- If Party B cannot organize the trip as scheduled due to force majeure reasons such as disease outbreaks, natural disasters, storms, or war, Party B will arrange a new departure date or refund 100% of the tour cost, with additional costs to be agreed upon by both parties. (In case of rain, the tour will still proceed as planned, and this will not be considered a force majeure).
- Guests must bring legal identification documents (ID card or passport valid for at least 6 months) for check-in procedures.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The tour schedule may change depending on weather conditions, harvest seasons, and other uncontrollable external factors. However, we will make every effort to ensure the optimal schedule.
- Guests should bring swimsuits for the hot spring, insect repellent, common cold and fever medicine, or any other medications prescribed by a doctor.
- Any services in the tour that guests do not use will not be refunded.
- As this is a mountainous tour, small vehicles are often used for safety reasons, so we recommend that guests avoid bringing bulky or oversized luggage and instead use backpacks instead of large suitcases.
- Due to the nature of the group tour, guests should ensure they arrive at the designated time to avoid disrupting other members. If guests arrive late, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes, after which any absence will be considered a cancellation of the tour.
- For mountainous tourism routes, we classify hotels based on relative quality to determine service levels. This classification primarily depends on the room rate and the quality of rooms compared between hotels in the same area, not on star ratings issued by the tourism department.
- Most rooms are designed with bamboo materials, so soundproofing may not be optimal.
Terms and Policy
CHILD TOUR PRICE (Based on year of birth):
- Children aged 1 to 4 years: Free of charge (parents cover all costs for the child, no seat on the vehicle). A maximum of 1 free child is allowed per 2 adults; from the 2nd child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged (same standard as paid children).
- Children aged 5 to 8 years: 75% of the adult tour price (separate meal, separate seat on the vehicle. If the child is tall or heavy and requires a separate bed, the adult tour price will be charged).
- Children aged 9 years and above: Charged as adults and receive all standard adult services.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No refunds/cancellations are supported for this service.
Note: If 1 adult stays alone in a room or 1 adult with 1 child aged 1-4 years wants a private room, a single room surcharge of 500,000 VND/tour will be applied. If 1 adult with 1 child aged 5-8 years wants a private room, the child will be charged as an adult.
