Drop-off Time: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM on the second day.
Duration: 2 Days 1 Night.
Pick-up Locations:
- The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area (Please clearly specify the name of your hotel).
- If your accommodation is outside the Old Quarter area or on streets where vehicles are restricted, please contact us or go to the nearest pick-up point or the Hanoi Opera House (Map).

— ITINERARY —
DAY 1: HA NOI – MAI CHAU – HOA BINH LAKE – VAN HO (-/L/D)
07h15 - 7h45: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter (If the hotel you are staying at is located on a restricted traffic street, we will guide you to the nearest pickup point) or at the Hanoi Opera House to depart for Mai Châu (Hoa Binh).
10h45: Visit White Stone Pass – Admiring the vast beauty of nature, taking photos with the pristine backdrop of snow-covered cliffs, winding mountain roads, and small distant villages. At the top of this mountain pass, there is a small market where the Thai and Muong ethnic people sell local specialties to visitors: grilled corn, grilled eggs, skewered meat, bamboo rice, wild vegetables, and more.
11h10: The group continues to travel to Ba Khan Village next to Hoa Binh lake - home to the Muong ethnic people.
12h00: Guests enjoy lunch at the restaurant beside Hoa Binh Lake.
13h00: Participate in a boat trip to explore Hoa Binh Lake. Experience the beauty of Hoa Binh Lake, reminiscent of Ha Long Bay in the Northwest. Between small islands, guests can sail on the lake to enjoy the unique atmosphere here.
14h15: The car and guide will take you to Van Ho. After checking in, guests can relax.
15h15: In the afternoon, guests are free to explore the charming small village of the H'Mong people to learn about their lifestyle.
18h30: Guests have dinner at the homestay. Afterward, gather around the fire, roasting corn and sweet potatoes, soaking your feet to relieve fatigue after a long day of travel, ensuring a good night's sleep.
DAY 2: VAN HO - MOC CHAU – NANG TIEN WATERFALL – HA NOI (B, L, -)
07h00: Guests have breakfast at the homestay. Then check-out the homestay.
08h00: Guests board the vehicle to travel to Moc Chau. Visit and take photos at the seasonal fruit/ flower garden.
09h30: The group will continue traveling to Nang Tien Waterfall. The waterfall is likened to the "fairy" due to its picturesque beauty, with emerald green waters reflecting the sun's rays, creating a magical atmosphere.

11h15: Guests board the vehicle to transfer to the restaurant for lunch.
12h30: Guests enjoy lunch and relax at the restaurant.
14h00: The vehicle and tour guide take guests back to Hanoi. On the way back, guests will stop to rest.
18h30 - 19h00: The group arrives in Hanoi. End of the program. We look forward to seeing you again soon..

SOME GENERAL REGULATIONS:
- Guests aged 70 and above, as well as pregnant women, must be accompanied by someone and are required to sign a health declaration before participating in the tour.
- If Party A cancels the tour due to being denied boarding at the airport because of personal circumstances or identification documents, our company will not be responsible for the situation. In this case, no costs for the program will be refunded.
- If Party B cannot organize the group’s departure on the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances such as epidemics, natural disasters, floods, war, etc., Party B will arrange a new departure date or refund 100% of the tour costs, including any additional expenses agreed upon by both parties. (In case of rain and the tour still proceeds as scheduled, it will not be considered an unforeseen circumstance).
- Guests must carry: legal identification documents (national ID card or valid passport) to complete the temporary residence procedures.
SOME NOTES WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE TOUR:
- The tour itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, seasonal variations, and other external factors beyond the control of the organizing unit. However, we will do our utmost to ensure an optimal schedule.
- The tour to the Nang Tien waterfall requires a motorcycle ride of about 5 minutes and a 15-minute walk to reach the highest level of the waterfall. The terrain may be slippery if it rains, and there are some sections that require climbing stairs. Please ensure to wear low shoes or sandals and take necessary precautions for safety.
- Guests should bring: insect repellent, common cold and fever medications, or any prescribed medications as directed by their doctor.
- Any services not utilized during the tour will not be refunded.
- As this is a mountain tour, we often use small vehicles to ensure safety. Therefore, we kindly ask guests not to bring bulky or oversized luggage and to limit the amount of baggage. It is recommended to use a backpack instead of hard-shell suitcases.
- Due to the nature of the group tour, guests are requested to be punctual for the departure time to avoid impacting other members of the group. If guests arrive late, the maximum waiting time for the vehicle is 10 minutes. After this time, guests who are not present will be considered as having canceled the tour.
- For mountain tourism routes, we categorize hotels relatively to classify services. This categorization mainly depends on the room rental price and the quality of rooms compared across different hotels in the same area, rather than relying on star ratings given by the tourism authority.
- Most of the rooms are designed using wooden materials, so sound insulation is not very good.
Terms and Policy
CHILD TOUR PRICE (Based on year of birth):
- Children aged 1 to 4 years: Free of charge (parents cover all costs for the child, no seat on the vehicle). A maximum of 1 free child is allowed per 2 adults; from the 2nd child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged (same standard as paid children).
- Children aged 5 to 8 years: 75% of the adult tour price (separate meal, separate seat on the vehicle. If the child is tall or heavy and requires a separate bed, the adult tour price will be charged).
- Children aged 9 years and above: Charged as adults and receive all standard adult services.
- If 1 adult stays alone in a room or 1 adult with 1 child aged 1-4 years wants a private room, a single room surcharge of 600,000 VND/tour will be applied. If 1 adult with 1 child aged 5-8 years wants a private room, the child will be charged as an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No refunds/cancellations are supported for this service.
