Meeting point: Hanoi Opera House, Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, or your hotel in the Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

 

- ITINERARY -

 

â–º Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa – Visit Cat Cat Village

6:30 - 7:00: Pick-up at the designated meeting point or bus pick-up/drop-off point, then depart for Sapa by high-quality sleeper bus.

 

9:00: Take a break and have breakfast along the Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway.

 

13:30: Upon arrival in Sapa town, you will have the opportunity to explore and learn about the living conditions of various ethnic groups such as the H'mong, Dao, Tay, and others.

Afterwards, your guide will escort you back to the hotel.


* Lunch at the hotel followed by check-in and rest.

 

14:30: Depart to visit Cat Cat Village, the habitat of the Black H’mong people. Explore the charming scenery of the valley below the majestic Fansipan peak. The local guide will introduce you to the daily life of the ethnic people here. Continue on foot to Cat Cat Waterfall and Cat Cat Hydropower Station, built by the French in the early 20th century. Enjoy leisure time and return to Sapa town.


*Note: The trekking journey lasts about 2 hours, covering a distance of 2.5 km.

 

16:30: Return to Sapa town. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

 

â–º Day 2: Sapa – Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa – Hanoi

7:00 – 7:45: Breakfast at the hotel and prepare for the 5km trekking journey to visit villages.

 

8:00: Depart for Y Linh Ho, where the trekking journey begins along Muong Hoa Valley to Lao Chai Village, home of the Black H’mong people. Explore the cultural richness of the village and admire the Hoang Lien Son mountain range from afar. Continue to Ta Van Village, inhabited by the Dao ethnic minority.

*Note: The trekking route is approximately 9 km long and takes about 3.5 hours.

 

11:30: Return to Sapa from Ta Van Bridge.

 

12:00 – 13:45: Rest at the hotel, check-out, and have lunch.


 

13:45: Complete check-out procedures, inspect belongings, and return to Hanoi.

 

14:00: Depart from Sapa to Hanoi.

 

20:30 – 21:00: Arrive in Hanoi and ending the tour.

Important Notes:

  • On the second day, if you prefer not to take the long trek to the village, our tour guide can take you to visit Ham Rong Mountain, Silver Waterfall, or Ta Phin village. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation fees and entrance tickets (if any).
  • Elderly individuals are advised not to participate in the 9km trekking and climbing activities due to the long and challenging path.
  • People with disabilities and young children should not participate in the aforementioned trekking activities.

What to Bring:

  • Warm clothes, scarves, and wide-brimmed hats because the weather in Sapa changes constantly. It is often cold in October, November, December, January, February, and March.
  • Sapa is located at a high altitude, so fog is common in December, January, February, and March.
  • Trekking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent. You should bring Vietnamese Dong (VND) for convenience in spending. You may also use US Dollars, Australian Dollars, or Euros.
  • You should bring your personal medication in case of illness.

Terms and Policy

Child Policy:

  • Children under 5 years old (or height below 1m): Free of charge. 2 adults can accompany 1 child to sleep on the same bed with parents, and the family is responsible for the child's meals and accommodation (If the bus has separate beds, there is an additional charge of 350,000 VND per child).
  • Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the tour price, sleeping with parents.
  • Children 9 years old and above: Considered as adults.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Services are non-refundable.
