08:00 Meet your guide at your hotel and do a quick warm-up before starting the trek.

 

08:15 Begin trekking down to Mường Hoa Valley, passing through scenic trails and bamboo forests.

 

09:00 Arrive at Y Linh Hồ Village, home to the Black H’Mong people. - Enjoy stunning views of terraced fields. - Learn about the daily life and culture of the locals.

 

09:45 Continue trekking to Lao Chải Village. - Explore traditional H’Mong houses and interact with local families. - See locals working on their rice terraces.

 

11:00 Trek further to Tả Van Village, home to the Giáy ethnic group. - Visit a traditional Giáy house and learn about their culture. - Rest at a local café and enjoy a drink while admiring the valley.
