— GENERAL INFORMATION —

  • Departure Time: 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM.
  • End Time: 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM on the following day.
  • Duration: 2 Days 1 Night.
  • Meeting Point: 204 Tran Quang Khai.
  • Transportation: Car.

 

– ITINERARY –

Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

6:30 - 7:00 AM: The car will pick up customers at the designated pick-up point for departure to Sapa. Afterward, the journey to Sapa will begin by a high-quality sleeper bus.

 

9:00 AM: The bus will make a stop along the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway for a break and breakfast.

 

1:30 PM: The bus arrives in Sapa, a town home to many ethnic groups such as H'mong, Dao, Tay, etc. The guide will take you to the hotel:

Enjoy lunch at the hotel, followed by check-in and rest.

 

2:15 PM: The bus and guide will take you to Y Linh Ho, where you will start a walk along the Muong Hoa Valley to Lao Chai village, home to the H'Mong people, to explore the village’s culture and enjoy the panoramic view of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. Continue exploring Ta Van village, where many of the Day ethnic group live.

Note: The walk will take approximately 3.5 hours, covering a distance of 9 km.

 

5:45 PM: Rest at a local family’s home, discover the customs and traditions of the Day people, relax while enjoying the picturesque sunset of the mountainous region. You can also join the host in cooking and enjoy a dinner together.

In the evening, you can participate in games with other guests or relax at nearby bars. Overnight stay at Ta Van village.

 

Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai

8:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast and start the day with a walk to explore more interesting attractions.

 

8:45 AM: Walk to the terraced rice fields and take beautiful photos of the stunning natural scenery. Continue walking through the bamboo forest and stop at a viewpoint overlooking the entire Giang Ta Chai village, home to the Red Dao people.

Note: The walk will take approximately 2 hours, covering a distance of 4 km.

 

11:00 AM: Walk across the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, where the company’s vehicle will pick you up to return to Sapa.

 

12:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Rest at the hotel, check out, and enjoy lunch at the hotel.

 

1:45 PM: Complete the check-out process and prepare for departure back to Hanoi.

 

2:00 PM: Departure by car to Hanoi.

 

8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Arrival in Hanoi, and the program concludes.

Important Notes:

  • Elderly individuals shouldn't join the 9 km trekking and climbing activity because the path is long and difficult.
  • People with disabilities and young children shouldn't participate in the aforementioned trekking activities.

What to Bring:

  • Warm clothes, scarves, and wide-brimmed hats are a must as Sapa's weather changes constantly. It's often cold in October, November, December, January, February, and March.
  • Due to Sapa's high altitude, fog is common in December, January, February, and March.
  • Trekking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent are recommended. You should bring Vietnamese Dong (VND) for convenient spending. You can also use US Dollars, Australian Dollars, or Euros.
  • You should bring your personal medication in case you get sick.

Terms and Policy

CHILDREN POLICY:

  • Children from 01 - 04 years old: Free of charge (sharing bed with parents, any incidental expenses are at their own cost).
  • Children from 05 - 08 years old: 75% of adult tour price (based on 2 adults accompanied by 1 child (5-8 years old); from the second child onwards, charge 100% of adult tour price).
  • Children 09 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation before the departure date: 50% charge.
  • Cancellation overnight from midnight (00:00) until the morning when you depart for the tour: 100% charge.
