7:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (for guests choosing departure from Hanoi).
10:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Cat Ba (for guests choosing departure from Cat Ba) and transfer to Beo Harbour.
11:00 AM: Board Serenity Grandeur Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink.
Cruise through the beautiful landscapes of Lan Ha Bay while passing Hon Rua, Hon Guoc, and Van Boi Island.
11:45 AM: Enjoy lunch onboard. Buffet lunch applies for groups of 40 guests or more.

CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children aged 0–2 years old: Free of charge. Children share all services with parents. For every 2 adults accompanying 1 child, the second child will be charged 50%. For groups with multiple children, please contact in advance regarding cruise availability.
- Children aged 3–4 years old: Surcharge of 400,000 VND per child for the full-day cruise.
- Children aged 5–12 years old: Adult price applies.
