07:00: Pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Cat Ba.

- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the tour guide.
- Single travelers will share a cabin or room with other travelers. If a private cabin or room is preferred, a single supplement of VND 1,000,000/cabin/night for cruise cabins and VND 450,000–800,000/room/night for hotels applies.
- Peak season from 01/06 to 30/07: Hotel surcharge on Cat Ba Island of VND 300,000 applies.
- Booking is closed during the following holidays:
- New Year Holiday (30/12 – 02/01).
- Lunar New Year.
- Hung Kings Commemoration Day.
- Reunification Day & Labor Day (30/04 – 01/05).
- National Day (02/09).
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (any arising expenses are paid by guests). Two adults may accompany one child free of charge. From the second child onward, child rate applies. Children share existing bedding with parents.
- Children from 5 to under 9 years old: Child rate applies and children share existing bedding with parents. Two adults may accompany one child at child rate. From the second child onward, adult rate applies.
- Children from 9 years old and above: Charged at adult rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation 3 days before departure date: Free of charge.
