Operating Hours: 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily. (If the selected time slot is fully booked, our staff will suggest an alternative time for you.)

Meeting Information:

Please arrive on time.
Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals and/or absentees.
Latecomers will not be allowed to enter once the activity has started.

Due to weather conditions, the flight time and location may change. The service provider will contact you 2-3 days in advance to inform you of the flight time and location.
Due to height requirements, guests shorter than 120 cm are not allowed to participate in this activity.
If you suffer from motion sickness, you should skip breakfast or take anti-motion sickness medication 1 hour before participation.
Redemption method: Bring your voucher and present it to the pilot to verify the booking.

Terms and Policy

CHILD POLICY:

Important: Infants and children are considered regular passengers.
Participants must be 3 years or older and under 80 years old.
Participant weight must range from 35kg-95kg.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Free cancellation if made 2 days in advance.
85% refund will be provided in case of bad weather (transportation fees from the meeting point to the flight location and insurance fees will not be refunded).
