Terms and Policy
Policy on Excess Baggage Charges:
- The specified baggage allowance for each customer includes: 1 small suitcase (under 12kg) and 1 carry-on bag.
- In the event that a customer carries more baggage than the specified allowance, Vie Limo will apply an excess baggage charge policy. The surcharge amount will depend on the size and actual quantity of the customer's baggage. Vie Limo will directly provide the excess baggage charge quotation to the passenger based on the cargo transportation price regulations.
Pet policy:
- Pets are placed in a specialized, odorless backpack. Pets are limited to under 07 kg.
- Do not bring pet food or drinks on the vehicle.
- The surcharge for pets is 70,000 VND (When traveling with the owner) or 150,000 (When traveling alone) and is paid directly to the operator.
- Pets will be arranged to sit in the luggage compartment.
- Note: Images are for illustration purposes only. In some cases, the supplier will provide services with images different from the illustration, but we guarantee the same service quality.
Children policy:
- Free for children under 06 (six) years old and children will sit with adults.
Ticket change policy
- In case customers wish to change their departure time or delay their journey, the operations department will arrange seats on subsequent journeys if available. Seat allocation will be based on actual availability at that time.
Ticket retention policy:
- If customers cancel a paid ticket, they have the option to retain the paid ticket for a period of 03 (three) months. This retained ticket can be transferred to another beneficiary. Passengers are advised to keep the receipt of the retained ticket for rebooking purposes.
Cancellation policy:
- Within 0 to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
- From 72 hours to 24 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
- More than 72 hours before departure: Customers will incur a 0% cancellation fee based on the ticket value.
- Refund processing time upon request: 03 - 05 working days from the time the customer provides complete information.
- Refund method: Bank transfer.
