► Shopping at local market with the guide to buy all the ingredients as instructed.

MENU:

This is a customized menu. Customers will have a brief discussion with the chef about the dishes to be cooked. You can choose 2 dishes of your choice and 1 dish recommended by the chef.

Your choices:

• Egg Coffee: Local coffee with beaten egg yolks, a signature drink of Hanoi.
• Egg Beer: Beer with beaten egg yolks, a unique taste loved by Hanoi locals for its combination of beer and egg. It might seem strange at first but worth a try.

VIETNAMESE TRADITIONAL CUISINE:

• Bun Cha: Grilled pork belly with fish sauce. Served with fresh vermicelli and local greens.
• Pho Bo Hanoi: Hanoi beef pho.
• Pho Ga Hanoi: Hanoi chicken pho.
• Nem Ran Hanoi: Traditional fried spring rolls with minced pork.
• Pho Cuon Hanoi: Rolled pho with beef and fresh herbs.
• Nom Ga Hoa Chuoi: Banana blossom salad with chicken.
• Ga Xao Sa Ot: Chicken stir-fried with lemongrass and chili. Served with steamed rice.
• Pho Chien Phong Bo: Fried pho with beef stir-fried and Chinese cabbage.

• Nom Hoa Chuoi Chay: Vegan banana blossom salad.
• Nam Hap Sa: Steamed mushrooms with lemongrass.
