• The tour includes pick up from your address around Hoi An city center only (maximum 5km from the Hoi An Central Post Office). Otherwise we will pick you up at our Meeting Point at 358 Nguyen Duy Hieu street, Cam Chau, Hoi An, Quang Nam ( 15 minutes before the tours start).
• All vegetarian and special diets can be catered for, please advise us in advance.
• Joined-group tour has a fixed departure time. 

Child Policy:

• Children under 5 years old: Free for the first child. From the second child, a fee of 500,000 VND per child will be charged.
• Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 70% of the adult price.
• Children 12 years old and above: Charged as one adult.

Cancellation Policy:

For groups of 1 - 9 guests:

• Cancellation at least 4 days before the departure date: Free cancellation.
• Cancellation from 1 to 4 days before the departure date: No date changes allowed. In case of cancellation, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation on the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

For groups of 10 - 20 guests:

• Cancellation at least 7 days before the departure date: Free cancellation.
• Cancellation from 4 to 7 days before the departure date: No date changes allowed. In case of cancellation, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 3 days before the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
