2D1N Tour | Explore Pu Luong by Motorbike Departing from Hanoi

— GENERAL INFORMATION —

Departure Time: 7:00 AM.

End Time: 1:00 PM on Day 2.

* Travel time and distance are calculated from Puluong Excursions' meeting point in Don Village. A detailed itinerary will be provided by the tour operator based on your actual location before departure.

Meeting Point: Your car and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter area. If you are outside this area, please contact us.

Transportation: Round-trip Limousine from Hanoi to Pu Luong.

 

– ITINERARY –

DAY 1: HANOI – PU LUONG | Village Life, Water Wheels & Rafting (Lunch - Dinner)

Morning:

07:00 AM: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, depart for Pu Luong (approx. 4-hour drive without heavy traffic).

10:00 AM: Stop for a 15-minute rest break halfway through the journey, enjoying the picturesque village landscapes.

12:00 PM: Arrive at Pu Luong. Have lunch and check in to your room to relax.

Afternoon:

01:30 PM: Begin a leisurely 2.5km walk to Ban Cong Village.

• Explore the village with its large stream, rice fields, and giant water wheels.
• Experience bamboo rafting at Chieng Lau Dam with local people.

03:00 PM: After the raft lands, continue walking 2km through rice fields and villages, completing a loop trail. Your vehicle will pick you up at the main road and transfer you back to the hotel for relaxation before 05:00 PM.

• Evening: Culinary exploration and leisure.
• An optional cooking class is available for those interested. Enjoy a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM, followed by free time to relax.

 

DAY 2: PU LUONG – HANOI | Iconic Terraced Fields & Local Brocade (Breakfast - Lunch)

Morning:

07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast.

08:45 AM: Take a leisurely stroll down the valley to Don Village, the heart of Pu Luong, famous for its winding roads through vast terraced fields and mesmerizing, ever-changing landscapes.

• Continue walking downhill to Lan Village ("The Kingdom of Thai People in Pu Luong").
• Observe the simple village life, admire streams and rice paddies, and especially witness the traditional brocade weaving art. Take time to interact with locals and learn about their craft (bicycling option available).

11:30 AM: Return to the hotel for check-out and lunch.

Afternoon:

01:00 PM: Prepare for the bus journey back to Hanoi.

• Expected to arrive at your hotel in Hanoi before 06:30 PM (depending on traffic conditions). The tour concludes.
