Day Tour | Sunset Viewing Experience & Night Squid Fishing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• The tour requires a minimum of 2 people, and if there aren't enough participants, you'll receive a cancellation notice via email at least 1 day in advance.
• If certain attractions are canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, please contact Customer Service for a partial refund.
• Tours may be canceled due to natural disasters or inclement weather, and cancellation notices will be sent via email 1 day in advance (local time).
• Sunset viewing is only available during the dry season (May - September); during the rainy season, the boat will depart from An Thoi/Bai Sao. The tour cost is non-refundable if the sunset viewing does not occur.
• Unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, fires, floods, or orders prohibiting boats, vehicles, roads, strikes, flight delays/cancellations will not be compensated for, except for refunds for unused services.

PICK-UP SURCHARGES FOR ALL TOURS:

• Ong Lang area: 100,000 VND/guest.
• Cua Can, Vung Bau area: 200,000 VND/guest.
• Bai Dai, Ganh Dau area: 400,000 VND/guest.
• Cay Sao, Ham Ninh area: 200,000 VND/guest.

(Surcharges are to be paid directly to the tour guide/driver by the guest.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure: Free of charge.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.

CHILD POLICY:

• Children under 100cm: Free of charge, families must take care of the child.
• Children from 100cm to under 140cm: Charged according to Joytime's child rate.
• Children 140cm and above: Charged as adults.
