— GENERAL INFORMATION —
Time: 09:00 – 16:30.
Transportation: Car & Boat.
Tour guide: English-speaking.
Meeting Point:
- Pick-up service at the office (143 Tran Hung Dao, Duong Dong Ward, Phu Quoc City).
- Hotels, or designated points in the Duong Dong central area (from Phu Quoc Night Market along Tran Hung Dao Street to Eden Resort). For locations outside this area, please contact our consultants.
* Due to the nature of a shared tour, the actual pick-up time may be earlier or later than the scheduled time due to possible delays in picking up guests. Please advise guests to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early to be ready.
– ITINERARY –
9:00 Pick up at Duong Dong ward or office (if you stay outside the Duong Dong area, please contact us) - Start leaving from Office.
9:30 Arrive at An Thoi harbor - Board our speed boat.
10:00 Experience fishing. Our crew is happy to help you catch seafood.
11:00 Snorkeling: Jump into the water, explore unspoiled & diverse coral reefs with lively fish.
12:30 On the island, relax while our staff makes you lunch.
13:00 Island life lunch: savor a private barbecue & enjoy free beer.
15:30 Snorkeling, swimming, strolling along the coastline, sunbathing.
16:00 Back to the harbor.
16:30 Return to your hotel.
LUNCH MENU:
1. BBQ fish (slices).
2. BBQ squids.
3. BBQ shrimps.
4. Grilled sea urchins with green onion.
5. Seafood hotpot (shrimp + fish + squid).
6. Salad.
7. Grilled sweet potatoes + corn + okra.
8. Steamed rice.
9. Watermelon + Pineapple + Mango.
10. Free beer during lunchtime.
* For special requests such as vegan, vegetarian, and kid meals, please inform us when booking - or - 24 hours before departure.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Please bring towels, eco-friendly sunscreen, a change of clothes, swimwear, good shoes (or flip- flops), and other personal necessities items.
- Those with kids/children remember to pack the necessities items.
* Joytime and team members are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
WHAT NOT TO DO:
- Do not throw anything overboard onto the sea (the trash bin is provided on the boat).
- Do not leave trash on the island, put trash in the recycled bin.
- What to do when snorkeling:
- Avoid touching, standing, holding, sitting, pulling, removing, or taking the corals.
- Adults should always watch over their kids/children while snorkeling and swimming.
- Wear a life jacket at all times while snorkeling. Be careful to avoid the area of the strong current.
- Snorkeling with a partner or in groups.
- If you are a non-swimmer – please seek guidance from your tour guide.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Not recommended for people with impaired physical mobility and wheelchair users and those with medical conditions (asthma, seizures, heart issues, panic attacks, lung problems, ear issues, allergies, epilepsy, etc.)
- For Pregnant women or elderly seniors: Consult with your doctors first.

HOLIDAY AND NEWYEAR SURCHARGE:
- Lunar New Year (about 7 days, based on the specific calendar of the year).
- New Year's Day (2 days: December 31st and January 1st).
- Christmas (2 days: December 24th and 25th).
- April 30th and May 1st holiday (2 days).
- A 10% surcharge for holidays and New Year.
Terms and Policy
CHILDREN'S POLICY:
- From 1 to 4 years old: Free of charge.
- From 5 to 9 years old: 50% of the adult price.
- From 10 years old: Full adult price.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Canceling 1 day before the tour date: No charge.
- Canceling on the day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS:
- If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to depart, Johns Tours will cancel the tour and refund the guests.
- If the Port Authority allows the tour to depart, and the guests still wish to cancel, Johns Tours will not refund the tour.
