BEFORE YOU VISIT:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
• Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your reserved time slot.
• Guests are advised to bring swimwear and a change of clothes for a more comfortable experience.
• Additional services not included in the selected package must be paid directly at the venue.
• During the "Payment" process, please indicate your preferred service time in the "Notes" section.
• Any additional charges must be paid directly at the spa.
• Please store valuables in a secure place before treatment.
• Smoking is not permitted within the spa premises.
• Kindly switch mobile phones and electronic devices to silent mode.
• Guests may request adjustments to massage pressure directly with the therapist.
• Consumption of alcohol before treatment is not recommended.
• It is advisable to have a meal at least one hour before your treatment session.
• Complimentary lunch or dinner is included for selected 120-minute packages.

SURCHARGE POLICY:

• All the surcharge payable in cash directly to the tour guide.
• Single travelers will share a cabin or room with other traveler(s). If you prefer a private cabin or room, a single supplement of VND 1,000,000/cabin/night for cabins and VND 450,000-800,000/room/night for hotels will apply.
• Peak season from 1/6 to 30/7: a surcharge 300,000VND for hotels on Cat Ba Island will apply.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children under 70 cm or aged 1–2 years: Free admission.
• Children 70 cm to under 120 cm: Charged at the child rate.
• Each child must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• This booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
