Flight Policy (Pairing):

• A standard tee-time flight requires 4 players.
• Groups with fewer than 4 players will be paired with other guests.
• Private flights (1–3 players) require paying for all 4 slots.

Course & Weather Policy:

• Play continues during light/moderate rain. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted if the course remains open. Please prepare appropriate weather gear.
• Itineraries and schedules are subject to change due to weather or operational reasons.

Caddie & Equipment Guidelines:

• Caddie tipping/gratuity applies according to course policy. Please adhere to local guidelines.
• Please inform the operator in advance if you are bringing large/oversized golf bags or equipment.

Health & Safety Advisory:

• Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart conditions, asthma, or physical limitations that may be aggravated by strenuous activity.

Pick-up & Transfer Requirements:

• Please specify your preferred pick-up location during booking.
• Surcharges apply for hotel pick-ups outside the city center (payable directly to the driver; amount confirmed prior to departure).

Check-in & Verification:

• Please present a valid Passport or Photo ID at check-in.
• Arrive at the meeting point 15–30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Late arrivals or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Peak Season Terms:

• Adjusted cancellation terms may apply during peak periods. The local operator will contact you directly with details if applicable.

SURCHARGE POLICY:

• A surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside the designated city zone.
• Overtime charges apply if the activity exceeds the stated duration.
• Public holiday or peak season surcharge may apply and will be notified upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 6+ days prior to the selected date: Free cancellation.
• 0–5 days prior to the selected date: Strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable.
