– ITINERARY –

8:15 AM: A local guide picks you up at your hotel.

 

8:45 AM: Travel by car to the local Hoi An market to experience shopping for fresh ingredients.
You will have the chance to feel the vibrant atmosphere of the market and directly interact with local vendors. Additionally, the guide will introduce the ingredients to be used in the cooking class.

 

After the market visit, you will be transferred to Cam Thanh Village by car. Here, you can experience a ride on a traditional bamboo basket boat, a unique craft, while admiring the untouched beauty of the water coconut groves in the village.

 

Arriving at a local restaurant, you will start the cooking class and learn to prepare 5 local specialty dishes: Banana Salad, Hoi An Spring Rolls, Banh Xeo, Pho, and Fish in Clay Pot. After the class, you’ll enjoy the dishes you have personally prepared.

 

Additionally, the restaurant will serve 3 more dishes to complement your meal: Sauteed Garlic Spinach, Steamed Rice, and Fresh Fruit Dessert.

 

12:40 PM: Finish the cooking class, return to your hotel, and conclude the tour.
