Your journey begins with a scenic bicycle ride from Hoi An to Thanh Dong Village in Cam Thanh, passing rice paddies, coconut forests, shrimp ponds, and traditional farming landscapes.
Upon arrival at Madam Van Food & Drinks, enjoy a refreshing herbal tea made with butterfly pea flowers harvested directly from the garden.
Explore the organic garden, learn about medicinal herbs and sustainable farming practices, then participate in a hands-on Eco Enzyme workshop.
Guided by local experts, you will learn the fermentation process and practical uses of Eco Enzyme as a natural cleaner, fertilizer, and environmentally friendly alternative to chemical products.
