Your culinary adventure begins as our expert Chef personally picks you up from your hotel. We head straight to a bustling local market, immersing you in the vibrant colors and sounds of daily suburban life.

 

4:00 PM: Hand-pick Your Feast.

Under the Chef’s guidance, discover the secrets to selecting the freshest seasonal ingredients, including premium fish, shrimp, and squid caught directly from the pristine waters of Cu Lao Cham.

Once you have chosen your favorite ingredients, our staff will carefully transport them back to the kitchen for expert preparation, leaving you completely free to enjoy the next part of your journey.

 

4:45 PM: Countryside Cycling & Traditional Rice Wine Discovery.

6:30 PM: The Ultimate Hoi An BBQ Experience.
