— ITINERARY —

DAY 1: HANOI – MAI CHAU (LUNCH, DINNER)

07:30: The MaiChauTourist bus and guide will pick you up in the Old Quarter.

10:00: Stop at Thung Khe Pass to take photos and admire the magnificent mountain and forest scenery of Hoa Binh.

11:30: Arrive at Lac Village for a traditional lunch in a stilt house of the White Thai people. After lunch, take a rest before beginning the tour of Mai Chau with your guide.

14:00 - 16:00: Join the program to explore Mai Chau Valley by bicycle, visit the charming stilt houses of the Thai people, and learn about their unique culture, customs, and traditions.

Cycle through rice fields and villages.

Your guide will take you to the brocade stalls, where you can learn how the Thai people weave their brocade.

You can also buy these special items as souvenirs or gifts for your loved ones.

16:00 - 18:00: Free time to cycle around, shop, and take souvenir photos.

18:00: Dinner in a traditional Thai house, enjoying ethnic cuisine.

19:30: Watch and join in the traditional Thai singing and dancing, and enjoy some rice wine.

DAY 2: EXPLORE PU LUONG (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

07:30 - 08:00: Wake up to admire the sunrise, enjoy peaceful moments, and have a light breakfast.

08:30 - 10:30: The guide will take you to visit Pu Luong Nature Reserve. In the local language, Pu Luong means "the highest mountain in the region".

Pu Luong is highly valued for its ecological, scientific, socio-economic, and tourism significance due to its diverse ecosystem. Visit a small Thai village, hike, and explore caves.

12:00: Arrive at Hang Village to rest and have lunch.

13:00 - 14:00: Continue your journey exploring Pu Luong Nature Reserve.

15:00: Return to Lac Village, say goodbye to the beautiful Mai Chau, and depart for Hanoi.

18:30 - 19:00: The bus will drop you off at the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Note

You must bring: legal identification (ID card or passport).
You are advised to bring: insect repellent, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a personal towel if necessary, as living conditions in the mountains are more limited compared to major cities.
The itinerary may be adjusted to suit the specific departure day but will still include all the attractions mentioned in the program.
In all cases, it is recommended that customers bring a backpack or small suitcase. Oversized luggage is strictly prohibited as the largest vehicle we typically use for mountain tours is the 29-seat Hyundai County, which does not have space for large luggage.

Terms and Policy

Children Policy

Children aged 1-4: Free of charge (parents cover all expenses for the child, no seat on the bus). From the second child onwards, 50% of the adult tour price applies.
Children aged 5-9: 75% of the adult tour price (includes a separate seat on the bus, half an adult meal, and shared bed with parents). From the second child onwards, full adult price applies.
Children aged 10 and above: Charged as adults.
