Day Tour | Explore Pu Luong from Hanoi

— GENERAL INFORMATION —

Departure Time: 7:00 AM.

End Time: 1:00 PM on Day 2.

* Travel time and distance are calculated from Puluong Excursions' meeting point in Don Village. A detailed itinerary will be provided by the tour operator based on your actual location before departure.

Meeting Point: Your car and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter area. If you are outside this area, please contact us.

Transportation: 

• Round-trip Limousine from Hanoi to Pu Luong.

• Sightseeing bicycle.

 

– ITINERAY –

 

6:45 AM: We'll pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and depart for Pu Luong via scenic mountain roads. We'll make a stop for photo opportunities in Mai Chau valley along the way.

 

11:00 AM: Arrive in Pu Luong and meet your guide. Begin your adventure by descending into Kho Muong, exploring Bat Cave (the largest cave in the region), and enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

 

1:30 PM: Transfer to Don village, the heart of Pu Luong. Embark on a 5km hike along iconic trails, admiring stunning rice terraces, cool streams, and local village life. You'll also get to interact with friendly locals.

 

3:00 PM: Reach a remote village of 100 Thai families. Choose to explore on foot or by bicycle (a 20-minute ride). Visit a local house to learn about their culture, traditional costumes, and the art of traditional weaving.

 

4:00 PM: Enjoy some local snacks and engage with residents. Afterward, depart for Hanoi via a different, quicker route.

 

8:00 PM (approx.): Arrive back in central Hanoi.

 

8:30 PM (approx.): You'll be dropped off at your Hanoi hotel, concluding the tour.
