Public Holiday Surcharge Policy:
- Surcharges for public holidays and TEt apply as follows:
- Reunification Day (April 30th) – International Labor Day (May 1st): Price increase applies from April 27th to May 4th.
- National Day (September 2nd): Price increase applies from September 1st to September 4th.
- Christmas (Noel) + New Year's Day (Tet Tay): Price increase applies from December 23rd to December 25th and December 30th to January 1st, 2024.
- Lunar New Year (Tet Am lich): Price increase applies from the 20th day of the 12th Lunar Month to the 15th day of the 1st Lunar Month (equivalent to January 30th, 2024 – February 24th, 2024).
Terms and Policy
LUGGAGE POLICY:
- 4-seater Car maximum capacity: 3 passengers and 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
- 7-seater Car maximum capacity: 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
- 16-seater Van maximum capacity: 12 passengers and 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
- 10-seater Limo Van maximum capacity: 10 passengers and 10 pieces of 21-inch luggage.
- In cases where passengers carry luggage that does not comply with regulations (e.g., larger than standard size, bulky, etc.) or carry a second piece of luggage or more, a surcharge of 75,000 VND per piece of luggage will be applied by the operator.
CHILD & PREGNANT WOMEN POLICY:
- Children under 1 meter (3.3 feet): Free of charge if seated on the same seat with a parent/guardian.
- Children aged 6 years old or 1 meter and above: Must purchase an Adult ticket.
- Pregnant women: Must personally ensure their health and safety throughout the journey.
- The bus operator reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not comply with the regulations regarding Children and Pregnant Women.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation 24 hours or more prior to departure time: 100% refund will be issued.
- The cancellation and refund policy is NOT applicable during public holidays and Lunar New Year (Tết).
