The maximum lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new Joytime booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Complimentary for 01 child under 2 years old accompanying each paying adult.
The second child under 2 years old onward, and children aged 2 years and above, will be charged at the adult rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Non-refundable.
