The tour includes pick-up from your address around the center of Hoi An City (up to 5km from Hoi An Central Post Office). Otherwise, we will pick you up at our meeting point at 358 Nguyen Duy Hieu Street, Cam Chau, Hoi An, Quang Nam (15 minutes before the tour starts).
All vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be accommodated, please inform us in advance.
Group tours have fixed departure times.

Children under 5 years old: Free 01 child, from the second child, will be charged 500,000VND / child.
Children from 5 – <12 years old: 70% of adult price.
From 12 years old and above: Calculated as 1 adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY

+ 1 - 9 Guests:

Minimum 04 days before departure: Free cancellation.
Within 01– 04 days before departure: No change of date. In case of cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.
Cancellation on departure date: Charge 100% of the total amount.

+ 10 - 20 Guests:

Minimum 07 days before departure date: Free cancellation.
Within 04 – 07 days before departure date: No change of date. In case of cancellation, charge 50% of the total amount of booking.
Within 03 days of departure date, the total amount charged.
