Day Tour | Experience Basket Boat Ride in Bay Mau Coconut Forest and Visit Hoi An Ancient Town

– ITINERARY –

9:00 Our car and guide pick you up at the hotel in Da Nang and transfer you to Bay Mau Coconut Forest in Cam Thanh, Hoi An.

 

09:45 - 10:00: Tourists transfer to the bamboo basket that explores the Bay Mau coconut forest. Here, tourists will experience the daily fishing activity of the local fishermen, try to cast the net, throw the casting net, run a bamboo basket race, and see the directions for making instruments such as hats, glasses, and watches… with coconut leaves. Especially, Tourists will watch the performance of artisans’ "swing back and forth", listen to and sing songs,… that locals feature.

 

12:00: Tourists take a rest. Having a local lunch.

 

13:00: Visiting Hoi An ancient town with a Japanese Bridge – the only architectural work that is considered to be of Japanese origin remains. Walking along the banks of the Hoai River, see the old houses and colorful lanterns, mingle with the romantic and peaceful beauty of the old town.

 

17:00: Drop off at the hotel. End of services. Goodbye and see you again!
