Exchanging tickets is extremely easy. Please arrive early (45 minutes before the performance) to enjoy a tour of the opera house and complimentary drinks. The "À Ố Show" is very interesting. The Saigon Theatre is beautifully magnificent.

You definitely have to see this show when you're in Ho Chi Minh City; it was a highlight of my trip! The program is entertaining and interactive, never boring throughout the entire performance. Arrive early to exchange your QR code from Klook for physical tickets at the ticket counter. Then, guests are invited to enjoy drinks before the show, which could be lemongrass tea or green tea. Arriving early also lets you see inside the opera house, which is very beautiful. After the performance, visitors are invited to take photos with the dancers. A must-see!

Ticket Exchange:

Exchange/use your ticket on the day of the concert/show.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the show starts to exchange your ticket.
Children aged 5-12 must present a passport/birth certificate to verify their age when exchanging tickets.

Seating Areas:

The AAH seating area is located on the outer wings of the theatre. (Seats in the AAH area may have a restricted view of some scenes of the program, totaling approximately 7 minutes.)
The OOH seating area is located in the center of the theatre.
The WOW seating area is directly in front of the stage.

Other Notes:

Please book services at least 24 hours in advance.
Photography, video recording, and bringing food and drinks into the theatre are not permitted.
Purchase tickets in the same order so that you and your companions can be seated together.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests purchasing tickets at the same price level will be seated in the same area.
Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the show starts. Guests will not be allowed entry after the program begins.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the performance date.
Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 100% service charge.
