The highlight of the experience is a hands-on cooking class, where you'll prepare traditional Hue dishes under the guidance of a local chef using fresh ingredients sourced from the village. After cooking, enjoy your homemade meal in a welcoming countryside setting, making this tour a perfect blend of culture, cuisine, and rural life.

 

- ITINERARY -

08:00 AM – 08:30 AM: Depart from Hue city center or your hotel to Thuy Bieu Ancient Village by tourist vehicle. On the way to Thuy Bieu, you will stop to visit Thien Mu Pagoda.

Upon arriving at Luong Quan Village, the group will cycle through the cool pomelo gardens to the first destination in the Thuy Bieu Ecotourism Village: Luong Quan Communal House, a place for worshipping the village deity and an annual gathering spot for villagers during festivals.

Thuy Bieu is home to a system of ancient Ruong houses, reflecting the essence of Hue. Visit one of the famous ancient temples located here, a garden house with a history of hundreds of years, representing the typical Hue garden house architecture.

 

Continue to explore daily life through the craft of incense making and silk painting, which are additional occupations besides farming.

 

Guests will participate in making Thanh Tra jam and Hue spring rolls.

 

Afterward, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor and receive a small pack of jam as a souvenir.

 

Lunch: Enjoy a local lunch in a garden house, which is one of the model and famous garden houses in Luong Quan Village, Thuy Bieu. The dishes are made from locally sourced ingredients by the skillful hands of Hue women.

After that, relax your feet with a herbal foot soak service.

 

01:30 PM: The group returns to the Hue hotel. The tour guide bids farewell to the guests.
