Day Tour | Cooking Class in the countryside by Motorbike | Hue

Duration: 6 hours.

Transportation: Motorbike.

– ITINERARY –

Around 10h00, our motorbike team will pick you up at the hotel and begin our Hue Cooking Class Tour with a memorial group photo at the designated meeting place. Seat behind your rider and ready for new experience, free your hands along the zigzag road leading to the quiet countryside of Hue to capture the magnificent images of the green fields and flock of ducks swimming on the river making a picturesque scene of the Vietnam countryside.

On the way to Thanh Toan village, you have time to stop at Ngo & Tran family Temples for taking photos. Upon arriving “Thanh Toan Tiled-Roof Bridge”, you will stroll around the village, visit local market to well – understand the daily life of people here, contemplate Thanh Toan Tiled roof Bridge – a truly unique ancient bridge in Vietnam

Get to our “Eco Home” where you can see around the vegetable garden with many kinds grown by local farmer such as: Malabar spinach, gourd, fiber melon, winter melon, beans…Then you join cooking class to learn two famous dishes of Hue (Fig mixed shrimp and pork and fried spring roll) with our chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Hue specialties. After the lesson, enjoy what you have just cooked and some other dishes of the restaurant to fully pack your stomach.

Drive back to your hotel, end of your day trip with cooking class. Thank you and say goodbye.

1. Fig Salad with shrimp and port ( cooking class).
2. Fried spring roll ( cooking class).
3. Nam cake.
4. White cake.
5. Vegetable soup.
6. Morning glory fried with garlic.
7. Braised fish ( or braised chicken with lemongrass and chili).
8. Desert ( fruit).
