- The company reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Itineraries and times are subject to change based on real-time traffic conditions.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Passengers may choose any available seat but cannot reserve specific seats.
Terms and Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 48 hours before departure: 50% refund (online payment fees to be covered by the customer).
- 24-48 hours before departure: 30% refund (online payment fees to be covered by the customer).
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refunds or cancellations allowed.
