- The tour guide does not join the class: free lunch and drinks will be provided for the tour guide – the same standard as our customers.
- The tour guide joins the class: the contract rate will be applied, the same as for regular customers.
Note: The total cost above refers to the cost after deducting the deposit (if any).
Terms and Policy
Children Policy (For private experiences only):
- Children will be charged 50% of the adult price, and the number of people will be converted into the number of adults in the group.
For example:
When the number of people in the group is not a whole number, the price will be calculated as the average of the upper and lower prices multiplied by the number of adults.
- A group of 4 adults and 4 children will be considered as a group of 6 adults.
- A group of 3 adults and 3 children will be considered as a group of 4.5 adults.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 7 days in advance: Free of charge.
- Cancellation 4-6 days in advance: 30% of the total cost.
- Cancellation 2-3 days in advance: 40% of the total cost.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: 70% of the total cost.
