Meeting Point: 20 Hang Muoi Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi

- Door-to-door service within Hanoi Old Quarter and Cat Ba Island.

- No vehicle transfer (The bus crosses the ferry together with passengers).
EXCLUDED:

- The service provider will contact you via phone to confirm pickup information (both outbound and return trips for round-trip packages). If you choose round-trip service, you can change the pickup time for the return trip by directly notifying the company via phone.
Terms and Policy
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Aged 0 to under 2 years old: Free of charge (Sitting on an adult's lap).
- Aged 2 to 5 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult rate.
- Above 5 years old: Full price as an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation before 48 hours prior to departure: Free of charge.
- Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
