– DETAILED ITINERARY –

7:50 AM – 8:30 AM: Our guide and bus will pick you up at the designated meeting points to start exploring Hanoi city.

- 7:50 AM: 4B Trang Thi Street - 22 Trang Thi Street 

- 8:00 AM: 174 Phung Hung Street - 1 Duong Thanh Street - 2 Le Van Linh Street 

- 8:10 AM: 24-26 Tran Nhat Duat Street - 6 O Quan Chuong Street - Techcombank Cho Gao Street - 2-4 Nguyen Huu Huan 

- 8:20 AM: 160 Tran Quang Khai Street - 204 Tran Quang Khải Street

- 8:30 AM: Hanoi Opera House

 

8:45 AM: Visit the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, the final resting place of the beloved Vietnamese leader. You'll have the chance to see Ho Chi Minh's preserved body and stroll around the garden to see the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Then, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, the most unique pagoda in the world.

*Note: 

- Should dress modesly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, temples, pagodas,etc.

- Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. Bui can still take pictures of the Mausoleum and visit around the area. 

- Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum ss closed for at least 2 months a year (June 15th - August 15th) for anuual maintaining. 

 

10:15 AM: Explore the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about the culture of the 54 ethnic groups across Vietnam.

*Note: We will visit the Vietnam Women's Museum instead of the Museum of Ethnology on Mondays.

 

12:30 PM – 12:45 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine, including vegetarian options.

 

1:30 PM: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century, located on the Ca Vang Island in West Lake.

 

2:30 PM: Continue to explore the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu), Vietnam's first university, established in 1070.

 

3:30 PM: Proceed to Hoa Lo Prison, built by the French from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was part of French Indochina. The French called it "Maison Centrale". This prison was sarcastically referred to as the "Hanoi Hilton" by American POWs during the Vietnam War and now serves as a museum documenting Vietnam's struggle for independence.

4:30 PM: Return to your hotel by bus, ending the tour!
