Service Hours: SH Premium Lounge Hanoi (International Departures) (daily): 6:00 - 2:00 (the following day). 

*Please choose the correct Package based on the terminal you will be departing from International Terminal. Incorrect booking may lead to non-refundable.

• SH Premium Lounge Hanoi (International Departures): 4th Floor, East Wing, Airside, International Departures, Noi Bai International Airport (near boarding gate no.21-22) 
• The maxium lounge usage time is 3 consecutive hours prior to your initial departure time. In case the usage exceeds 3 consecutive hours, or if your flight is delayed or canceled and you wish to continue using the service, a new Joytime booking must be presented or the service fee must be paid according to the price list at the lounge reception counter.

• We'll provide expert assistance and guidance through departure procedures, including immigration and security screening.
• You'll be personally escorted to your boarding gate or designated waiting lounge, where our service concludes.
