SURCHARGE POLICY:

• A 20% surcharge applies during Vietnamese public holidays, including New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, Reunification Day, International Labour Day, and National Day.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children under 10 years old: 50% of the adult price, subject to safety eligibility and tour type.
• Guests aged 10 years and above: Adult rate applies.
• For self-riding e-bike tours, children must be at least 12 years old and at least 150 cm tall.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• More than 4 days before departure: Free cancellation.
• 3–4 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
• Less than 3 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
