  • Clothes when taking photos with Milky way should be bright colored to stand out more.
  • Clothes used within 2 days.
  • Personal medicine.
  • Identification documents: ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport.
• Not recommended for travelers with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory diseases, bone and joint problems, high blood pressure, or related health concerns.

SURCHARGE POLICY:

• Tour is not available during public holidays.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children aged 1–4 years old: Free of charge. Children share transportation and bed with parents and are responsible for any additional expenses.
• Children aged 5–8 years old: 75% of the tour price. Includes separate meals and shared bed with parents.
• Children aged 9 years old and above: Adult price applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 100% refund if the tour is canceled due to insufficient participants to operate the tour.
• Cancellation 10–15 days before departure: 30% charge applies.
• Cancellation 5–7 days before departure: 50% charge applies.
• Cancellation within 5 days before departure: 100% charge applies.
• 50% refund may be provided if the tour is canceled within 3 days before departure due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, or political circumstances.
