Description
— GENERAL INFOMATION —
Tour: 2 Days 1 Night Tour.
Departure time: 8:30am.
Meeting Point:
- Cau Giay Park - Duy Tan Street (for Group Tour).
- Any preferred location if choosing Private Tour.
– ITINERARY –
DAY 1: HANOI - PHU THO.
8:30 PM: Group gathers at the meeting point and boards the vehicle to Phu Tho.
9:00 PM: Departure to Phu Tho. Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours.
11:30 PM: Arrive at the homestay. Guests leave personal belongings, change clothes, and continue to the Milky Way photography location.
0:15 AM: Arrive at the foot of the hill. Guests walk approximately 20 minutes to reach the viewing area. Headlamps are provided.
0:30 AM: Arrive at the Milky Way photography spot. The tour leader assists guests with camera setup.
NOTE: This location has very low light pollution. If weather conditions are favorable, the Milky Way can be seen with the naked eye.
2:30 AM: Return to the starting point after photography. Guests wishing to stay overnight for meteor shower observation should prepare warm clothing. Blankets and tarps are provided.
Tent rental is available at an additional cost of 150,000 VND per person.
3:15 AM: Return to the homestay and rest.
DAY 2: SUNRISE - HANOI.
4:30 AM: Wake up, prepare clothing and makeup, then return to the photography location for sunrise.
5:45 AM: Watch the sunrise and take photographs.
6:30 AM: Return to the homestay for breakfast and rest.
11:00 AM: Lunch and preparation for departure.
2:30 PM: Arrive back in Hanoi. End of tour.

Terms and Policy
SURCHARGE POLICY:
- Tour is not available during public holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY:
- Children aged 1–4 years old: Free of charge. Children share transportation and bed with parents and are responsible for any additional expenses.
- Children aged 5–8 years old: 75% of the tour price. Includes separate meals and shared bed with parents.
- Children aged 9 years old and above: Adult price applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% refund if the tour is canceled due to insufficient participants to operate the tour.
- Cancellation 10–15 days before departure: 30% charge applies.
- Cancellation 5–7 days before departure: 50% charge applies.
- Cancellation within 5 days before departure: 100% charge applies.
- 50% refund may be provided if the tour is canceled within 3 days before departure due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, or political circumstances.
